Mahe is the largest island in Seychelles. It is famous for its white-sand beaches such as those in the popular resort area of Beau Vallon, and granite peaks and rainforested Morne Seychellois. Victoria is Seychelles' capital is located on this island and it is known for Creole architecture and a colourful covered market.
The best times to visit Seychelles are April, May, October and November. During these months there is a transition between hot and humid northwest trade winds (from November through March) and the cooler southeast trade winds that define April through October. A visit during these shoulder months offers more mild conditions ideal for sunbathing, wildlife watching and scuba diving. See below temp and rain chart. Discover the main highlight of one of the World’s smallest capital, Victoria!! Visit the State House Office of the President and then continue your tour within the centre of Victoria and the market. You will have an opportunity to see the clock tower, the court house, shop for souvenirs at the curio stalls or explore the colourful market of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and spices. The tour will also take you to the Botanical Gardens one of Seychelles’ Oldest National Monuments. Rest of the day is free to explore and enjoy your resort. Overnight at Mahe.
Today you have a free day to relax or enjoy some optional activities. You may take an excursion to Marine Park which is a great opportunity to discover the underwater world of tropical coral reefs. Board the boat from Marine Charter in Victoria and journey along the coast to the marine park where you will see an amazing variety of Marine Life - including corals teeming with fish and have the chance to enjoy the fascinating underwater world. Along the way, participate in fish feeding sessions. Visit one or two islands along the way and enjoy a delicious Creole barbeque lunch and spend the afternoon swimming or snorkelling. Overnight at Mahe.
Morning after breakfast , proceed for a day trip to the Praslin Island. You will take a 50 mins ferry to the island. Upon arrival visit the UNSECO heritage Valle De Mai Nature Reserve .It consists of a well-preserved palm forest, flagship species made up of the island endemic coco de mer, as well as five other endemic palms. Later you can enjoy a typical Creole Lunch as some local restaurant. Later visit the world famous Anse Lazio Beach known for its crystal clear blue water and soft sandy beaches. return back to Mahe by evening ferry.
Morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel and you will be transferred to Airport as per your flight departure back to India.
