Morning after breakfast proceed to the departure point and meet the guide who will take you around for City tour of Vienna. Visit major attractions in Vienna like Museum quarter Mariahilfer Strasse, Ringstrasse and Old town. Later visit to Schonbrunn Palace, the former imperial residence located in Vienna. The sculpted garden space between the palace and the Neptune fountain gives a pleasant view. Overnight stay at Vienna.
Check out and proceed to Vienna central station. Board a train from Vienna to Salzburg. Arrive at Salzburg and collect your Salzburg card from station premises by showing your voucher. You also shall have free access to cable car to Unterberg - a local mountain of Salzburg and funicular to Salzburg castle. In first half of the day enjoy Saltmine tour. Take a breathtaking ride from the city of Salzburg into the Bavarian Alps along the Kings Lake-Ache up to the Obersalzberg, where the second headquarters of Third Reich used to be. Afterwards, the tour continues to its highlight – the 500 year old salt mines at Berchtesgaden. Slip into traditional miners’ clothes and take the miners’ train deep into the mountain. Experience the fascinating underground world of the salt-miners. Take the slides down to the salt lake which you will be crossing by boat. After this unique tour you will have the opportunity to explore the little picturesque town of Berchtesgaden tasting some Bavarian specialties.
After noon take a trip to the romantic Lake District Salzkammergut. The tour will leave Salzburg and pass by Lake Fuschl with castle Fuschl, now a five star hotel, on its shores. Explore the little town of St. Gilgen and enjoy a 45-minute boat ride to St. Wolfgang. At St. Wolfgang your guide will show you the famous pilgrimage church with its carved gothic winged altar by Michael Pacher. There will be some time to explore the picturesque town. We continue our journey along the Krottensee with castle Hüttenstein and drive along Lake Mondsee before we return to Salzburg.
Proceed to Salzburg station and board a train to Innsbruck which takes approx 2 hours. Explore Innsbruck using Innsbruck card which is a best way to visit many attractions of this capital city of Tyrol. Visit Wattens which is famous for Swarovski Crystal world. You also shall visit Golden roof which is the center of this town. You have unlimited access to public trams and buses due to Innsbruck card. You also shall visit Nordkette cable car and funicular and Alpine zoo. If time permit take a scenic tram ride to Igls town at the outskirts of Innsbruck. Evening return to Salzburg.
Check out before 12:00 hrs and proceed to train station. Board a train from Salzburg to Munich. On arrival at Munich proceed to hotel on foot. Day is free to explore Munich on your own. You may visit BMW museum or visit Marienplatz which is famous square of Munich old down which reflects Munichs culture and history.
Morning after breakfast proceed to the departure point of your coach for Neuschwanstein castle. Also known as the fairy tale castle is one of the most visited and famous Bavarian castle built by King Ludwig II. You can take the castle tour by paying the entrance fee there itself. Get mesmerized by the natures beauty around the castle as well as on the way there.
Morning after breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to Airport for your flight back to India.
